Evergreen Real Estate Group and Structured Development joined Ald. Walter Burnett Jr. and other partners at a socially distanced groundbreaking to mark the start of construction on Schiller Place Apartments, a 48-unit mixed-income rental community at 711, 731 and 749 W. Schiller St. on Chicago’s Near North Side.

Such was the case when Evergreen Real Estate Group and Structured Development joined 27th Ward Ald. Walter Burnett Jr. and other officials to mark the start of construction on Schiller Place Apartments on Chicago’s Near North Side. As RE Journals reported, the three-building, 48-unit mixed-income rental community, located immediately south of Structured’s award-winning NEWCITY development, will include 40 units for households earning 30% to 60% of Area Median Income (AMI), helping to preserve housing affordability in the Clybourn Corridor. We shared news of the construction milestone with local news and trade publications, securing coverage in Block Club Chicago, Bisnow Chicago, Chicago Construction News, Connect Chicago, MultifamilyBiz.com, Northern Illinois Real Estate Magazine, Heartland Real Estate Business and Chicago YIMBY.
