HARIBO Sticks With HSA Commercial's Bristol Highlands In Move To Larger Space

"Who can lease a warehouse? Fill it with gummies? The candy man can," quipped journalist Sean Ryan in a LinkedIn post about his story on Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial Real Estate's recent 447,216-square-foot lease with HARIBO. The sweet full-building lease at Bristol Highlands Commerce Center East in Bristol, Wis., marks the largest industrial lease executed in the Southeast Wisconsin submarket last quarter. We connected Ryan with HSA Commercial President and CEO Bob Smietana, as well as HARIBO's director of corporate communications, to discuss the company’s relocation from another building within the same park, which is just 2 miles from HARIBO’s first-ever North American production plant.
