When gummi candy maker HARIBO of America, Inc. needed modern warehouse space to complement its first-ever North American manufacturing facility in Southeast Wisconsin, it looked no further than HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Bristol Highlands Commerce Center. The 157,656-square-foot, full-building lease was all the sweeter in that it meant the entire first phase of the project, conveniently located near Interstate 94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border, is now fully leased. HARIBO, which plans to occupy the warehouse in the first quarter of this year, heralded the location as key to supporting the supply chain fueling its continued growth across the U.S. Taylor Johnson led PR outreach for the announcement, securing coverage in outlets including WDJT-TV, WTMJ-TV, the Milwaukee Business Journal, REjournals, REBusinessOnline and Connect Chicago.
