With the pipeline for condo developments in downtown Chicago all but dried up, buyers in the market for brand-new homes are vying for the limited supply that remains. Because of this, Taylor Johnson suspected there would be strong interest in the $4.1 million sale of a penthouse at Cirrus, a 47-story, 350-residence high-rise in Lakeshore East developed by client Lendlease and Magellan Development Group. TJ offered an exclusive to The Real Deal, resulting in a story that delves into the transaction and what it means for the broader market.
