The Lakeview Collection by Lexington Homes will include 12 new luxury single-family homes priced from $2 million in Chicago’s popular Lakeview neighborhood.  

When Taylor Johnson client Lexington Homes told us that for the first time in the firm's history it would be building luxury single-family homes in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, we knew media would be interested in the news. But after learning Lexington’s 12 luxury single-family homes would start in the $2 million price point, we realized we had an exclusive on our hands and took it to Crain's Chicago Business, which resulted in this story on the homes, which have been dubbed The Lakeview Collection. With continued tight inventory and a shortage of new-construction homes of this caliber in the neighborhood, Lexington expects The Lakeview Collection to appeal to buyers looking for better work-from-home areas, expansive kitchens and outdoor space. The three-story residences will range from 4,200 to 5,000 square feet, with construction expected to start in early spring 2022. Read more here.
