To capitalize on Chicago’s booming downtown rental market, Taylor Johnson client Moceri + Roszak recently decided to shift the 24 upper-floor residences at its Parkline Chicago tower from for-sale condominiums to ultra-luxury apartments. So far, tapping into demand for large rental homes in the city has proven successful: seven of the luxury apartments were leased just one month. Dubbed the “Penthouse Collection,” the high-end apartments, which are located at the corner of Randolph Street and Wabash Avenue in Chicago’s Loop, have three or four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, condo-level finishes, outdoor living space, and an elevated service and amenity experience.

Top luxury broker Carrie McCormick of @properties is now marketing the remaining Penthouse Collection apartments on the MLS.
