Taylor Johnson is proud to announce it now represents Brixbid, a new auction-based apartment listing platform that just launched in the Chicago market. Conceived by commercial real estate veterans who own and operate multifamily portfolios in Chicago and New York, the platform aims to serve renters and landlords with a turnkey experience for leasing transactions, which includes no-cost apartment listings, auction-based pricing with fixed and/or bid options, the ability to schedule apartment showings with licensed agents, fair housing tenant screening compliance services, and digital lease execution.
Designed to let the market decide the price, Brixbid helps landlords of all sizes and apartment classes showcase available units to renters through complimentary listings. It is launching with hundreds of listings from multiple property management companies and will soon add thousands of apartments across the city.
