Mark Goodman & Associates (MGA), a Chicago-based real estate firm with 30+ years of development, investment and construction management experience working with some of the city’s most iconic properties, has tapped Taylor Johnson once again to promote its latest endeavor – a 16-story life sciences building with almost 500,000 square feet of office and lab space. Located among a growing cluster of life sciences facilities in Fulton Market, MGA’s development will be one of the only buildings in Chicago designed from the ground up specifically for life sciences pursuits. The project aims to bring 1,350 high-tech jobs to the area, along with neighborhood enhancements including improved streetscaping, a ground-level café and a pedestrian greenway with landscaping and gathering areas. TJ worked closely with MGA to shepherd the project through the entitlement phase and later announced the fully approved project to the media, securing coverage in Chicago Business Journal, REBusinessOnline, The Real Deal Chicago, Urbanize Chicago, Chicago YIMBY, The Daily Line and Bisnow Chicago, among others.
