Straits Row Apartments Begins Leasing At 633 S. LaSalle

Taylor Johnson is always excited to introduce Chicago’s hottest new apartment buildings, even more so when they are among the few new deliveries of the year. Earlier this month, our new client Straits Row, developed by Singapore-based Q Investment Partners (QIP) along with project partner Chicago-based Melrose Ascension Capital, announced the start of leasing and its first move-ins. We brought the news to multiple outlets, resulting in coverage including a profile of the building in Urbanize Chicago. Other outlets that shared the story were Yield PRO, Chicago YIMBY, Connect CRE Chicago & Midwest, The Real Deal Chicago and Crain’s Chicago Business, the latter two noting the 18-story tower makes up nearly half the supply of new Class A apartments opening this year in downtown Chicago.
