With renter preferences shifting due to the pandemic, day two of last week’s Commercial Property Executive – Multi-Housing News 2020 Summit virtual event focused on the multifamily market. When event organizers were looking for insightful and engaging panelists with a national multifamily presence for the summit’s second day of sessions, they knew Taylor Johnson would have some suggestions at the ready.
