While the amenity war has been raging within the multifamily sector for years, it does evolve. Taylor Johnson client Lendlease has plenty of expertise in this area, having developed a number of residential towers around the country, including Cirrus and Cascade in Chicago’s Lakeshore East neighborhood. When a reporter with The Wall Street Journal contacted us in search of experts who could discuss the latest offerings in luxury high-rises, TJ facilitated a conversation with Lendlease’s Meg Spriggs.
