So when Taylor Johnson client Wingspan Development Group and Tucker Development landed a $100 million construction loan for The Henry at Harms Woods, their new mixed-use project at 5400 Old Orchard Road in Skokie, Ill., we knew media would take notice. The first new Class A rental building in the Old Orchard area in more than a decade, The Henry at Harms Woods will include 245 apartments, 49 rental townhomes and 10,000 square feet of commercial space.
