Wingspan Development Group Completes Upscale Apartments In Suburban Milwaukee

Taylor Johnson client Wingspan Development Group recently joined local officials and project partners for the opening of The Ruby at Brookfield Square, a 231-unit luxury rental community in Brookfield, Wis., 10 miles west of Milwaukee. The Ruby at Brookfield Square features one-, two- and three-bedroom units along with a 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, entertainment lounge, coworking space, outdoor pool and hot tub, grilling areas and a dog park. As Brookfield’s first new Class A community since 2019, the complex is meeting area demand for upscale apartment living and was already 30% leased at time of opening.
