Pre-leasing has begun at Jade at North Hyde Park, a new 192-unit luxury apartment in Tampa’s red-hot rental market by Wingspan Development Group. 

Often, local buzz is the best buzz. This is certainly the case in sunny Tampa, Fla., where Taylor Johnson client Wingspan Development Group is building Jade at North Hyde Park, a new mixed-use project offering 192 luxury apartments in the North Hyde Park neighborhood. To publicize the start of pre-leasing at Jade – and two restaurants leasing its ground-floor space – we reached out to local media, including Tampa Patch. The resulting story then got picked up by other Patch outlets neighboring the South Tampa area, such as Westchase, Lutz and Seminole Heights – creating a buzz with the neighbors long before Jade opens its doors.
