Speaker Information
We are excited to have you on board as a speaker for our upcoming TLA 2021 Annual Conference! This email will guide you through the steps needed to make your session a successful one.
Step 1: Virtual Platform Login
All speakers should have received an email from tlaconference@txla.org with the subject line “Speaker Invite to TLA Annual Conference Virtual Platform." This email provides access to Hubb, our virtual platform. Click on the link in the email and create your unique login; your username is your email address, and then you will set up a password.

If you did not receive this email, or need assistance, please email tlaconference@txla.org.
Step 2: Speaker Portal Dashboard

After you establish your login, you will be taken to the Speaker Portal Dashboard. The Dashboard provides links to valuable resources and important deadlines to help you build your speaker profile. This is the place to upload your photo and bio.
Step 3: Upload your presentation

For guidance on uploading your presentation, see our Speaker Directions and Tips slideshow. As a reminder, your video should be 1GB max in size, uploaded as an MP4 file, and should not be longer than 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.

PLANNERS AND MODERATORS, make sure to check out our next steps document.

DEADLINE REMINDER: The deadline to upload your presentation to HUBB is March 26.
