“O BROTHER, THAT’S
GOOD BLUEGRASS!”
OCTOBER 30 @ 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Celebrating their 46th anniversary in 2021, Special Consensus has achieved a contemporary
sound which makes them a modern classic. They are grounded in a deep appreciation of bluegrass music and they follow their creative desires without straying too far from their roots. Greg Cahill (banjo), Rick Faris (guitar), Nate Burie (mandolin) and Dan Eubanks (bass) effortlessly support each other, whether they are playing a jazz tinged instrumental or a John Denver tribute.
Special C has received five awards from the International Bluegrass Music Association and two Grammy nominations. Their continued success is a testament to their adaptability and contemporary appeal.
