Having served as a board member with unbridled commitment for more than eight years, Edwin den Boer has announced that he will step down. We thank him for all his hard work for our Association, especially during his four years as president.  Johan Westerhof will take over the presidency of Edwin den Boer. John van Thiel has been elected vice-president.

 

Robbert Schlette will also step down as board member. We thank Robbert for his commitment and hard work during his four years of service, especially with our sponsoring programme.

 

In our general meeting of members it was agreed that Mrs Sasja Winters and Mr Eddie van Dinther join the Board as per 21st September 2017.

 

Sasja has worked in the banking industry for 20 years in several commercial and leading positions. Since 2016 as Restructuring and Recovery officer at ING in Domestic Credit Restructuring. She studied Business Administration at Nyenrode University and insolvency law for bankers at Radboud University .

 

Eddie is Partner at Deloitte within the Restructuring Services department in Amsterdam. Over the past 18 years he worked for a wide range of clients across many industry sectors. Eddie has three years of experience working as a banker and more than 15 years of restructuring experience via the role of consultant, manager or investor which helped clients to deliver restructuring solutions.
