11.15.22 | Train the Mentor 9 seats remaining
Quality mentors positively impact the training outcomes of new employees and, therefore, help an organization achieve progress. Individuals often are selected to serve as mentors because they are among the most experienced workers on the floor. Additionally, they have extensive knowledge about the ins and outs of a job. Imparting that experience and knowledge onto others is a whole other skill requiring patience, empathy, time, and more. This interactive class is designed to offer mentors the tools and resources they need to effectively and sustainably train skilled workers, including apprentices.
