These training sessions are designed to help you prepare to configure, develop quotes, and order in CCW. Configuration Session

Who should attend the Configuration session? This session is designed for partner engineering and sales teams that build Cisco� configurations as a part of the Cisco quoting and ordering process.

What will the Configuration session cover? This session prepares partners to configure products in CCW and includes demonstrations for navigating the CCW configuration portlets, setting defaults, working with the common utilities, sharing and copying configurations, creating and reusing configurations, validating configurations, and using the CCW configuration utilities.

Deal Registration and Quoting Session

Who should attend the Deal Registration and Quoting session? This session is designed for partner salespeople, sales teams, or anyone who builds quotes or submits deals to Cisco.

What will the Deal Registration and Quoting session cover? This session prepares partners to develop quotes in CCW and includes demonstrations for navigating the CCW quoting portlets, setting defaults, sharing quotes, working with the common utilities, registering deals, creating and editing quick quotes and deals, and creating reports.

SEPTEMBER 2012 CCW ENHANCEMENTS

September 2012 time savings features include:

  • Ability to cascade Service and Service duration throughout your quote
  • CCW Invoices includes the ability to view and print invoices on demand
  • GSS, Guided System Selling helps you configure complex solutions (2 solution capabilities are currently live in GSS) more solutions are expected soon
