Dr. Maxwell currently serves as the technical services veterinarian for Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Her equine background is both deep and diverse. She has had the privilege of learning to ride and train show jumping horses under Olympic medal winners; Joe Fargis, Conrad Holmfeld, Melanie Smith and a ten year position at Carol Thompson's Quiet Winter Farm. She is a graduate of Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Elizabeth Xavier-Lawrence split her childhood between the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and the seacoast of Rhode Island. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and went on to attend vet school at the Atlantic Veterinary College on Prince Edward Island. Dr. Xavier has a special interest in lameness and equine sports medicine and spent several years working with racehorses in Pennsylvania and southern Ontario before joining TNT Equine in 2009.

Senior Strategies: Providing Care & Nutrition for the Aging Horse Lydia Gray, DVM, MA
Dr. Lydia Gray is the Medical Director and Staff Veterinarian for SmartPak. Dr. Gray is very active in organized veterinary medicine, serving as president of the Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association (ISVMA) and member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Convention and Meeting Planning Committee. In her spare time, she trains and shows her Trakehner gelding "Newman" in dressage and is learning the art of driving.
