Welcome to my April email newsletter!

When I think of B&B's, I picture quaint houses in places like Stratford, but Toronto has a number of different options. If you've got visitors coming in and they want an alternative to a hotel or AirBnB, check out the list below.

Plans continue for the redevelopment of Ontario Place, including the potential for a year-round waterpark. Could it happen? Sure, but there's an equal chance it will be in Unbuilt Toronto Volume III as another unrealised building project in our fair city. Scroll down for that story, some Instagram inspiration for your spring cleaning (it's going to be here any day now!), and the city's most expensive condos.

Also, worth a mention are three great condos coming soon to the MLS this month, two are spacious 2-bedroom suites and the third is a soaring, morning sun-soaked one bedroom in Radio City!

As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.
