Welcome to my October email newsletter!

The fall market has certainly been a busy one - sales in September were up by 22% across the GTA, compared to September 2018, which is a big jump. Scroll to the bottom to get the full market report.

I am also excited to be sharing four new listings which you'll find below. They are a wide range of properties with something for everyone: a Distillery District, one bedroom loft-style condo with parking, a sun-soaked, one bedroom Church Wellesley village condo, a 2 bedroom, south facing suite at Church and Carlton... and finally, a gorgeous Dufferin Grove home with two suites and renovated with exacting precision.

OK, so is it just me or does it feel like cookies are the new cupcakes? There's even a cookie shop opening on Church Street shortly! Depending on who you ask, nothing compares to Le Gourmand's chocolate chip cookies, but there are some other spots worth trying. Scroll down for the city's best cookies!

Also noteworthy below, there are some terrific events coming our way in November and just for fun, some photos of Microsoft founder Paul Allen's mansion, listed for $41M US.

As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.

Most recently, one of his 10 sprawling estates—specifically, a seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom, 21,030-square-foot property in Atherton, California—hit the market for $41.488 million.
Brian's Blog: Toronto Events for November
As the weather starts to transition into colder temperatures, it might be tempting to stay indoors with a blanket and a cup of tea. However, there are plenty of great events taking place in Toronto that are worth leaving the house for! The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair takes place from November 1-10, the One of a Kind Show begins on November 21 and runs until December 1, and of course there's the Toronto Christmas Market happening from November 21 to December 22.
