I love fall! Yes, the days are getting shorter (remember to turn your clocks back this weekend), but the crisp weather and the colours of the leaves make being outdoors a pleasure. There are also some great events happening this month, including the return of the One Of A Kind Show and a Polar Winter Festival happening on the Exhibition grounds. Check out my monthly events blog for more and note, most live events are timed and ticketed so you'll want to plan your visit in advance.

The city's real estate market continues to be busy - though sales were down by 6.7% compared to last year, it was the second busiest October on record, with an average price increase of 19.3! Scroll all the way down for all the details.

I have four active listings this month including a newly listed, spacious, two-bedroom, split-plan suite at Summerhill and Yonge!

As always, I thank you for your past and future business...and any referrals of friends or family you may have are greatly appreciated!

The Best Hot Pot Restaurants in Toronto
Hot pot restaurants have been around for quite some time, but there seems to have been a renaissance in the cuisine in recent years. Chinese hot pot utilizes a boiling pot of broth. You're provided raw meats, starches, vegetables and more to flash cook and consume. Perfect as the weather starts turning chilly!
Bizarre and Colourful New Makeover Coming to Toronto's Union Station
Downtown Toronto's new Union Station Bus Terminal is spacious, clean, and modern, but it can also feel a bit bland when you're waiting for a GO bus. That's why Metrolinx is bringing a vibrant yet super weird art installation to the terminal's interior. A jury of art and design experts selected Blue Republic from a group of six Canadian artists who took part in a design competition.

Toronto Real Estate Board Market News
Home sales in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) reached the second-highest level on record for the month of October. However, the inventory of homes for sale did not keep up with demand. The number of new listings was down by approximately one-third compared to October 2020. Market conditions tightened across all major home types compared to last year, and the annual rate of average price growth remained in the double digits, including for the resurgent condominium apartment segment.
