For the third month in a row, the Toronto Real Estate Board has reported positive numbers and I’m not surprised! Whenever lenders (or the government) impose big changes such as the most recent mortgage qualification restrictions from early in 2018, buyers and sellers tend to wait to see what happens. Now that all the kerfuffle has settled down, they are circling back to buying and selling real estate and the signs of a busy fall market have started to appear.

Speaking of buying and selling, I have a wonderful new home that just came on the market - a solid semi in Dufferin Grove, which you’ll find more details about below.

If some of you are thinking that summer is over already, just hang on! If the weather gets warm again, as expected, there’s a massive new extension coming to Sugar Beach which you might be able to enjoy and the return of "OpenStreetsTO" on September 16th will be a great excuse to get outdoors for one last hurrah... Scroll down for full details!

Check out for exciting real estate opportunities!
