Welcome to my March email newsletter!

The Toronto real estate market in general is not quite as frenzied as it was last year, but if a home is in a desirable neighbourhood, staged well and priced right, it’s going to sell!

There are still many occurrences in the downtown core of multiple bidders vying for the same property and properties selling well over their asking price. It seems to be even more common in the condo sector. Check out the market stats at the bottom of the newsletter to see how the spring market is shaping up!

Also below you’ll find fun then-and-now photos of Spadina Avenue, a list of some of Toronto’s best sushi and a TTC fantasy route map that is unlikely to come to fruition in our lifetimes, but we can dream, right?

Scroll down to see my latest blog post on why a home with no parking shouldn't be a dealbreaker... if you're in the market to buy and only considering homes with parking, you should read it!

This is the TTC Fantasy Map To End All TTC Fantasy Maps
Toronto's online community has seen some excellent TTC fantasy maps in its day, almost all of them popularized via Reddit – where reimagining reality comes second only to making fun of it.
Should A House Without Parking Be A Deal Breaker?
I’m going to make a bold statement: just because you own a car doesn’t mean you have to buy a house with parking. In fact, you may end up saving money by buying a property that doesn’t have dedicated parking.
