Candidate Bio: Roark Congdon has been teaching technology, modeling, rendering and digital fabrication for the University of Washington’s College of Built Environments since 2014.
He has taught courses in architecture, industrial design, rendering, sculpture, drawing, art history, and design at the university level in both the U.S. and China for over 15 years.
He is the author of Architectural Model Making, Tools, Techniques and Materials, and maintains an active experimental studio practice in sculpture and painting in Seattle, Washington.
