David Dasher serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Acquisitions as well as the Senior Procurement Executive in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources (ASFR) at the Department of Health and Human Services, managing acquisition spend of over $41.2B. His primary focus is on enabling HHS’ acquisition professionals, developing policy and providing oversight to improve efficiencies and value for the Government.
