SATURDAY DECEMBER 10 from 8A-5P.
Come celebrate with us. We will have:
1) Samples of our nutritious and healthy meals to-go from the ESN Healthy Kitchen
2) Grand Opening SPECIALS for all of our Personal Training Services and Programs
3) Several door prizes from local businesses in our raffle drawing
4) We will also be hosting a Small Group Fitness Class at 2:15PM. It is a trial class, so get excited and bring your friends and family. We are looking forward to celebrating with everyone and hope to see many of you there.

Pictured below is a sampling of the wonderful gifts we were able to provide to local Katy families (75 Individuals).
You all are awesome for donating so many wonderful gifts to make Christmas morning special for so many who are in need within in our own community. It makes me feel so blessed and grateful that I get to work with you day in and day out. Have a great Holiday season.
