The Cine+Mas SF Latino Film Festival runs from September 15-30 showcasing some of the best indie films from the US and Latin America. Documentaries, features,and shorts by emerging and established local and international filmmakers. Ruta Madre a road trip comedy from San Diego opens the festival on 9/15 at the Alamo Drafthouse with an afterparty at Gray Space / Grand Theater. Screenings move to the Opera Plaza Theater from 9/16-21, then the Roxie from 9/22-28. Additional screenings at La Peña Cultural Center (Berkeley), Eastside Cultural Center (Oakland), and Pickleweed Park Community Center (San Rafael).
