The Cine+Mas SF Latino Film Festival runs from September 15-30 showcasing some of the best indie films from the US and Latin America. Documentaries, features,and shorts by emerging and established local and international filmmakers. Whether you're into thrillers and killers, music in film, dramas or comedies, there's a genre for you to love. Ruta Madre a road trip comedy from San Diego opens the festival on 9/15 at the Alamo Drafthouse with an afterparty at Gray Space / Grand Theater. Screenings move to the Opera Plaza Theater from 9/16-21, then the Roxie from 9/22-28. Additional screenings at La Peña Cultural Center (Berkeley), Eastside Cultural Center (Oakland), and Pickleweed Park Community Center (San Rafael).
