COUNCIL OVERSIGHT HEARING ON THE 2019 L TRAIN SHUTDOWN

on the Steps of City Hall, Council Member
Ydanis Rodriguez, Chair of the Council Committee on Transportation will announce an oversight hearing on the MTA's mitigation plans for the 2019 L train tunnel shutdown.
On agenda is a resolution sponsored by Council Member
Rafael Espinal calling for an expeditious transition to an electric bus fleet and to use electric buses as a robust part of its replacement service during the upcoming L train shutdown.
Chair Ydanis Rodriguez and fellow elected officials will also announce that will visit L train stations in Brooklyn and Manhattan in anticipation of the hearing.
