Didgeridoo Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy
with Richard Wyzanski
Sunday, October 8th ~ 1pm - 2:30pm
$20 in advance, $25 at the door

Created by Nature, it is Earth, it is Connection. Feel the vibrations, as the healing sounds of the didgeridoo resonate through your muscles and deep within you! Experience meditation and direct Vibroacoustic Sound Healing, as I will be coming around to each person, playing and channeling energy throughout their whole energetic being. The didgeridoo is ancient Aboriginal instrument that produces a wide range of low-frequency ultrasound waves effective for musculoskeletal pain relief, clearing chakras, breaking up energetic stagnation and increasing injury recovery time, along with many other benefits. Its unique sound also enables us to experience deep meditation by achieving theta and delta brainwave states. Native Flutes, 432hz Crystal Harp, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Voice healing will also be shared during the session. These instruments, along with the Didgeridoo, all express different ranges of the human spirit though each song, rhythm, and tone. Sound has the ability to help us heal by guiding us into the remembrance of all the Love we are. With true intention and great purpose, I provide Sound Therapy for those in need, sharing Love and healing energy from the heart! I invite you to this special meditation as it is about great energy, healing, and re-awakening our natural being.

The Chakra System: A Beginner's Journey
With Jillian Arena
Sunday, October 15th ~ 1pm - 4pm
$55

Whether the idea of the Chakra system is brand new to you, or you are simply looking to learn more on the subject, this fun and interesting workshop is a great place to start. Together we will explore the 7 main energy centers of the subtle body and learn how they correlate to the way we experience this human journey. You will learn how imbalances in each of these areas may show up in your life (through emotions, physical symptoms and behavior), and what these energy centers potentially hold for you when nurtured and balanced. You will leave with greater knowledge of this delicate system within each of us, as well as with tangible tools to bring harmony back into your own individual Chakras.

Past Life Regression Workshop with Sylvia Bischoff
Sunday, October 22nd ~ 1pm - 4pm
$80

In a safe and relaxed environment, aided by hypnosis, Sylvia will guide participants through two separate past life regressions. There will be timefor recording the results of these experiences and forasking questions. In addition, participants will engage in a psychometry exercise (extrasensory perception). How can Past Life Regressions benefit you? Not all problems are rooted in experiences from prior lifetimes. It is important to know when we have a current life issue that needs to be addressed in a therapeutic setting without the presence of an audience. Past life regressions are performed for spiritual growth which include an appreciation of our eternal selves by experiencing, and then processing, a past life which is relevant and beneficial to one's current life.

Some common areas in which past life studies have traditionally been used are:
* Phobias (intense fears that seem unrelated to an experience in the current life)
* Negative patterns, and emotions which have persisted despite attempts to change
* Chronic physical ailments, sensations and pains Additionally, regressions are used for affirmative purposes. For example:
* Re-experiencing a happy, successful lifetime. This can bring a sense of balance and peace when undergoing difficult times, fortifying us to work through our temporary difficulties.
* Strengthening the clarity of the spiritual nature of our existence.

Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a small, personal object (which fits in the hand ), for use in the psychometry exercise. Throughout the session, you will stay fully conscious and able to remember what happens throughout. Due to the Workshop size limit, the first 20 applicants will be prioritized. Sylvia has spent a week with Dr. Brian Weiss (Past life regression expert and author of "Many Lives, Many Masters") and was certified in his Past Life Therapy Training at the Omega Institute in New York.
