The purpose of the meeting is to conduct an election of Sebastian County Committee officers to fill vacancies. According to Kelly Procter-Pierce, It would be appreciated if anyone who plans to run for office would notify her as soon as possible so that ballots can be prepared. Each candidate will be afforded two minutes to speak and

the election will be conducted by secret ballot.

Members who CANNOT attend are allowed to send a

NON-MEMBER PROXY and MUST complete and send the

Proxy & Proxy Form HERE
