The updated forms for the TOPA Single-Family Home Exemption are now live on the DHCD website. You can access them using the link below, as they are exclusively on the DHCD's website.
GCAAR Forms Coming Soon
While the DHCD forms are live, GCAAR is currently in the process of adjusting its internal tenancy-related forms, which will be released upon their completion.
