Temple Adath is now participating in TOPS Cash for Causes, a great fundraising opportunity for TAY. Simply purchase TOPS gift cards though the TAY office and use them when you shop at TOPS. It's that easy!
Your participation in this program won't cost you anything, but you will be helping the Temple in a very significant way. Whether you do your weekly shopping at TOPS, or just run in for an occasional item, use the TOPS gift card you've purchased from Temple Adath.
Temple office at (315) 445 - 0002 and we'll have the cards waiting for you. We're selling gifts cards in $25 amounts, but you may buy more than one card at a time.
We'd like to make this as convenient as possible for you. If you attend Minyan and would like to purchase a gift card, JoAnn Grower will be able to help you. If you are coming to pick your child up from Religious School, we can have your gift card ready and waiting for you at the Religious School office.
Payment for your TOPS cards must be paid for with check or cash. We cannot put them on your account or take a credit card. Payment must be made before we can give you the gift card.
