Welcome to my April email newsletter!

Toronto is a city known for its food, with many high-end options. But at the other end of the spectrum? Cheap breakfasts! BlogTO has named their top picks, but somehow missed Cabbagetown's own Chew Chew's! They did pick up on the New York Cafe, just around the corner from my office.

By now, the weather has warmed up a little and there's no further evidence of the past weekend's storm, so let's be grateful for the small things. Spring is bringing us two things in the coming weeks - the Cabbagetown Forsythia Festival and the spring market! You'll find more about the festival below along with my two latest listings!
If you are considering making a move or have any questions about the market, please get in touch.
