including How to Videos
Tier II reports are due March 1, 2020 .
If you store more than 10,000 lbs of propane (e.g. 2,380 gallons) you must file a Tier II annually in Texas to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
Reporting Overview
So you will submit your Tier II report through the TCEQ's State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS) Portal.

To access STEERS, the reporting platform, you must first create a STEERS account. If you submitted a Tier II report last year, you should already have a STEERS account and just need to login to get started.
