Annual Spring Planning is Underway
The draft Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for fiscal years July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 is available for review . This document identifies the planning activities and budget for that period. It also includes partner agencies’ planning tasks funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Please send comments to Denise Bunnewith by April 30, 2020.  

The draft TIP project sections for fiscal years 2020/21-2024/25 are available for review. Each spring the North Florida TPO updates the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) list of road, transit, airport, seaport, bicycle and pedestrian projects for the next five years. The TIP schedules funding for environmental studies, design, right-of-way, utility work and construction. Please submit comments to Wanda Forrest by April 30, 2020.
