Make Your Child's Attendance Count this Year!
The best place for our students to be is in class. We have instructional gaps to close and need our students present, more than ever before. Please make sure that your child arrives to school on time each day. Try to keep check-outs to a minimal. If your child is absent, do your best to help them get caught up on missed work.

Introducing Our New and Improved ID Badges | |
One way to ensure that the adults and minors on our campuses are in their correct places is to make sure that every person is visibly wearing an official TPSS ID Badge.
- TPSS is implementing district wide ID badges for students and employees. This will immediately improve security on campuses because the badge verifies an individual belongs on campus, and those without a badge can be easily identified.
- Student badges will include their grade level, so adults can easily identify where that student should be on campus.
- Badges will include bar codes and QR codes that can be used for scanning into programs. For example: Badges will be used to scan for meals in the school cafeterias.
Temporary badges will be issued to 5th - 12th grade students for the first days of school. Permanent ID badges will be issued to all staff and students after school pictures have been taken.
School IDs must be worn everyday.

Want to know what you can do to help support our teachers? Shop Local!
A portion of the sales tax that we collect in our parish goes directly into teacher salaries. Higher teacher salaries makes our district a competitive place to seek employment.
With Homecoming just around the corner, seek out our local businesses for dresses, flowers, dinner reservations, shoes, and accessories. We can #KeepItLocal to support our schools AND business owners.
Did you know online shopping counts too? The revenue collected from shopping online also counts toward our local sales tax.
