Happy New Year! I hope you all had an enjoyable holiday season filled with all the things that make you happiest. It seems impossible that we are in 2023 (already)! As the new year begins, I am very busy in my corner of the office. Education is in full swing, committee work is taking shape, and events are being planned. If you hold a managing broker license, please don’t forget that your license renewal is only a few months away! If you haven’t completed your CE, now’s the time to register for classes. Please check out https://trarealtors.net/events-and-classes/all-classes/ class information as well as an interactive calendar that makes it easy to register for classes with a few clicks. Also of note, applications are currently available for our fourth annual Leadership Development Program. This program is split into five, three-hour modules as well as a day trip to Springfield for Capitol Conference. This is a great opportunity to learn about yourself and your leadership style, develop networking and interviewing skills, and learn more about how local, state, and national associations work together to support your business. Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Can you believe that it is already the middle of January??

We had such a great turn out at our first Food For Thought of the year! I hope all of you who came enjoyed it.
The next in person Food For Thought will be April 13, 2023, at 9:00 AM so mark your calendars.

We have a new RPAC raffle that started on January 15th. One winner will receive their MLS dues paid for the upcoming quarter at each drawing. If you are an affiliate member and win, you receive the cash equivalent. Tickets are 3 for $10 or 10 for $20. Winners will be drawn on March 15, June 15, and September 15. All tickets are progressive, meaning if you do not win your ticket(s) remain in the pool for the next drawing! Call the office at 815-744-4520 to purchase tickets or order through the website.
