President's Message
Greetings from TRASA!
Well, I for one am very happy to put the year 2020 in the rearview mirror. We faced unprecedented challenges not only in our industry, but in our own daily lives. Promo made the “big pivot” and suddenly we had to become PPE experts and spruce up our home offices. We face 2021 having learned a few lessons and I think we have great potential to make this year a hugely successful one.
Now more than ever I think participating in a regional association is important to prepare for what 2021 will bring. Because TRASA CARES, we are committed to creating opportunities for us to share ideas, tell our stories, and provide tools and education to better prepare for the changing world of promotional marketing.
Join us for the new TRASA Learning Lab where we will offer a virtual experience every month to help you plan for the special days, weeks and months of the year two months in advance. The first Learning Lab will be on March 10 from 9 to 11 a.m. and will focus on special days/events in May. We will have up to 15 suppliers showing you ideas of how to sell to your health-related clients. The focus for this event will be "Health Care...taking care of the front line" The supplier presenters will not talk net pricing so this recorded session would be a resource for you to share with your clients as you prepare for May health-related events.(see more details on this event below)
And if you can’t make it, these sessions, along with the Toolbox Talks, are all recorded for you to experience at your convenience and will be found in the new resource center that we are currently building on the TRASA website at www.trasa.net.
So get involved and join us as we take on new challenges and commit to making 2021 a fantastic year together!
Best Regards,
Tim Wingert
TRASA Board President
