Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (or TRE^®) is a simple series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma to bring us back to a balanced state. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD,TRE^® safely allows us to activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking that releases tension calming down the nervous system. When this muscular vibration is activated in a safe and controlled environment, we can learn to self regulate our nervous system empowering us to take our self care to a deeper level.

Module 1 (open to everyone)

Join us for a deeper understanding of TRE^® and how it can help manage your own tension and stress levels. Whether you are brand new to TRE^®or already have an established practice, this class is for you!

Want to teach others? This is your first step to becoming a certified TRE^®provider.

**You must complete the entire certification program before leading anyone

through the TRE process.

Upcoming Dates: (Each module is 2 days)

Option1: September 19th & 26th

10am - 3pm EDT

Option 2: October 9th & 10th

10am - 3pm EDT

**A pre-module TRE session with one of the instructors is required.

Module 1 is Online Only

All times are EDT.

Limited to 10 participants for quality of experience

Module 2 (for provider trainees only)

Starting in this module, your focus will change from your own personal practice to teaching others.

Through lectures and experiential sessions, you will learn to safely guide one person through the TRE^® process, individualizing the experience for each client.

**You must complete the entire certification program before leading anyone

through the TRE process.

November 20th & 21st (live and/or online)

Module 2 is online with a live option

Live class will be held in North Carolina

Space for the live option will be limited depending on Covid restrictions at the time of the event.

Module 3 (for provider trainees only)

In this final module you will learn how to teach and manage a TRE^® group.

As you will continue to learn through experiential sessions, this final chapter helps you pull all the pieces together. After all the requirements are met, you will be able of teach the beauty of TRE^® to those in your world.

From our own education and backgrounds, our focus is teaching that TRE^® is for all; no matter the life experiences, physical condition or age.
