I hope you’re enjoying a wonderful holiday season! As we wrap up 2024, a year full of changes and challenges, it’s only fitting to kick off the new year with even more updates. I appreciate TREC’s efforts to reform our agreements as the industry continues evolves.
Starting January 3, 2025, the new TREC forms will go into effect. If you haven’t had the chance to review these updates yet, below is a quick link to the TREC site where you can find the redline changes to the forms and familiarize yourself with the updates.
