Investing in Tomorrow's Workforce: TREP Awards First STEM Scholarships
The Three Rivers Education Partnership (TREP) is proud to announce the recipients of its inaugural STEM Scholarship Program, marking an exciting new chapter in our commitment to developing the next generation of skilled professionals and industry leaders.
Established to encourage and support students pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), the TREP Scholarship Program was created through the generosity of our members, sponsors, and supporters who recognize the critical importance of investing in future talent.
We are pleased to recognize the first two students selected to receive TREP Scholarships:
Luke Rupert
Luke will be attending the Georgia Institute of Technology this fall, where he plans to pursue studies in engineering and technology. Through his academic achievements, dedication, and passion for STEM, Luke has demonstrated the qualities that will help him succeed in one of the nation's premier technical universities.
Evelyn Siedlarczyk
Evelyn will begin her studies this fall at Purdue University's School of Engineering, one of the country's most respected engineering programs. Her commitment to academic excellence and interest in engineering make her an outstanding representative of the future workforce our industries depend upon.
These scholarships represent more than financial assistance—they are an investment in the future innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders who will shape our manufacturing, industrial, and technology sectors for years to come.
The scholarship program was made possible through the support of TREP members and the success of fundraising efforts such as the annual STEM Scholarship Ball Drop held during the TRMA Golf Outing. The enthusiasm shown by our membership in launching this initiative demonstrates our collective commitment to workforce development and educational opportunity.
As Luke and Evelyn embark on this exciting new chapter, we congratulate them on their accomplishments and wish them continued success in their academic and professional journeys.
TREP looks forward to expanding the scholarship program in the years ahead and continuing to support students who share a passion for STEM education and careers. By investing in these talented young individuals today, we are helping build the workforce that will drive innovation and strengthen our industries tomorrow.
