Step by Step Hiking Group
This group offers support, exercise, and a safe place for quiet reflection on the trailhead for anyone who has suffered a death loss. The first group meets May 2nd, 9-11 am, and every Thursday morning during the summer. Register here for meeting location and details.
Dementia Loss Grief Support Program
Meets In Person in May: 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6-8 pm
This group will meet for four consecutive weeks on Tuesday evenings in May and is intended for people who have experienced the death loss of a loved one with cognitive challenges such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. We recognize caregivers for this type of illness have faced specific challenges. We offer a safe place for group members to process these challenges, gain support from one another while grieving the loss of their loved one, and receive grief education.
Register here for any of these, or call (303) 604-5300 with any questions.
