JULY 2022 MONTHLY LETTER
In my Christian life, I have met some Christians who are full of fear. Fear of men, fear of lack, fear of being persecuted for righteousness’ sake. Fear of this and fear of that. Fear does not allow you to go forward, it hinders your walk with the Lord. You need to overcome fear!
Fear is unbelief. The person that is always full of fear, does not trust God.
The only fear that any Christians should have, is the fear of the Lord.
Psalm 19:9 The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever…
This fear of the Lord is reverent, trusting, and faith. Because, the fear of the Lord is clean.
We can say, the person who knows God, has faith in God and fear is not part of his/her life.
Isaiah 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation,
I will trust and not be afraid;
‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song;
He also has become my salvation.”
This is the declaration of someone who knows God, trust, and does not fear, no matter what is going on.
In Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
There is no need to fear. You see, what the Lord is saying is, fear not, for I am with you. Meaning, he will never leave you.
Be not dismayed, the Lord is saying to you, do not worry about this or that. I am your God, and I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you, the Lord is talking about his care for you.
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Remember, the power of God is upholding you; trust and do not fear!
2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
The spirit of the Lord is in the believer- the power of God is in you. Believe God!
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
God loves you. The love of God is perfect towards you, embrace His love and fear will flee from you.
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17
The word is the wisdom of God (scriptures). Read it, meditate in it, and then faith will arise inside of you to replace fear and unbelief, for trust.
