Dear friends,

As move forward into the next six weeks, our study theme, “Connected through Spirit,” invites us to consider what connection is.  I chose this theme because I believe connection is our most important work right now.

In order to understand what connection is, we must explore the topic of "Truth".  Yes — that’s a capital T.  How do you know what is true and what is TRUE?  How would your life change if you could be more certain about the TRUTH of our connectedness with each other and the Holy? What “capital T” truths lead us to interconnection? What is the science behind truth?  What is Truth’s spiritual component?  Let’s explore together this Sunday!

Between now and then, please think about your “Capital T” truths and, when you join the zoom session, share a Truth that guides your life in the chat box.  I’ll share some of them during our service!

I’m excited to share sacred cyber-space with you!

Blessed be,
Rev. Ahriana
ZOOM in Sunday!

9:40 — Affirmation Circlet Meditation
10am – Service Begins

The zoom link for Sunday is:

If asked for a password use Fillmore20

Zoom now has us entering through a waiting room. Once you are in it, you have to wait for one of us to manually click you in. This takes a little time and this is why we are opening the room at 9:30 to give you a chance to make sure you gain entry in advance. When you enter, please make sure your mic and camera turned off.
If you have any trouble,
call the office at 719-471-4556 or email for assistance

If you are unable to attend on Zoom, we will record the service and
post the link later in the day on Facebook and on our website:
Connect during the week...
Please note that while using ZOOM, we have had to add passwords since some Zoom accounts were being hacked. If prompted for a password, use: Fillmore20

Westside Cares Donations Needed
Food and Hygiene Drive for Westside Cares this Saturday from 11:30am-2pm at Pikes Peak Metropolitan Church at 1102 S 21st St, Colorado Springs. Donations continue to be accepted at the Westside Food Pantry on Mondays from 9-11am and at Westside CARES on Thursdays from 9am-noon.
•Kudos given to the Westside Food Pantry and to the Church for the Wild Wood for remaining open and continuing to serve the community during the stay at home order.
•Two of the other pantries/churches are now opening and will be providing food. Westside CARES doesn't yet know when their offices will open. Meanwhile, they will continue to provide all the services that they can to include: mail service, handing out sanitizers and hygiene items, facilitating laundry services, rental assistance, and a weekly hot meal program in the parking lot on site. They have a few volunteers on site repackaging items (hygiene, toilet paper) into smaller units for distribution. They continue to emphasize the need to protect the people receiving services and their volunteers as both are vulnerable to having severe symptoms with COVID-19.
•Backpack program is still on and involves donating bulk supplies to schools. Supplies need to be to Westside CARES by July 20th .They recommend shopping places like Walmart after July 4th as this is when school supplies are on sale.
If you are interested in helping others doing things such as picking up groceries, medicine, babysitting, etc. for those that can't go out or need a hand. We are trying to expand out Care Team! And if you are in need, please reach out to us! Email: or call: 719-471-4556.
