Our Small Group Program Is Almost Live!
What is Small Group Training (SGT)?
Well, there's Team Training... and there's Private training... Now there's Small Group Training which combines the two! It's the best of both worlds!
With a maximum of 4 members per group, this program is designed for those that want the benefit of receiving individual attention while still enjoying the energy and camaraderie that you can only get in a group atmosphere. You will get all of the coaching benefits of 1 on 1 personal training through intensive programming and addressing individual needs and goals, while working your way up to mastering the ultimate strength building compound movements such as Power Lifting, Weight Training, and Complex Kettlebell Training!
Every week will focus on 1 of 4 major strength exercises at the beginning of the workout that can be progressed or regressed around your current level
(think pull-ups for example). The following 3 weeks will have their own focus before returning back to the lift you started on. By focusing on one big strength movement per week you will get the opportunity to practice the skills it takes to master that movement. You won't have to worry about missing out if you can't make it in for a day or two, as well! We will track your progress for you so you can see how strong you are getting as you go!
The rest of your workout will include a variety of more strength and conditioning exercises that are designed to burn fat, build muscle and improve the functionality of your everyday life! It will be based around these important pillars of true strength!
- Hinging
- Squatting
- Pushing
- Pulling
- Carrying
- Core
- Power
Then, as always, you will finish up your session with a metabolic burn or as we like to call it, a "Soul Check"!
How Will The Small Group Training Program Be Structured?
There will be two membership options for Small Group Training. The regular membership will give you access to up to 12 sessions per month and the limited membership will give you access to up to 5 sessions per month.

We have your back! Just sign up for Small Group Training! With your Small Group Membership you will receive access to Team Training, as well! If you purchase the SGT Membership
you will receive access to 12 of our Team Training sessions! If you purchase the Limited SGT Membership you will receive access to 5 Team Training sessions!
