TSAHC Recognizes Top 2018 Lenders

TSAHC's
homeownership programs
experienced another record-breaking year in 2018. In partnership with a network of dedicated mortgage loan officers,
TSAHC helped 9,425 families purchase a home
last year. That's the most households we've ever assisted in a year and a nearly 40 percent increase from 2017.
In total, our home buyer programs provided more than
$1.4 billion
in mortgage loans and more than
$54 million in down payment assistance
in 2018 and helped 2,324 first-time home buyers obtain a federal tax credit worth up to $2,000 each year over the life of their mortgage.
Top Loan Officers
Each year TSAHC recognizes the three top-producing loan officers. With more than 2,200 loan officers originating at least one loan in 2018, this is a tremendous designation. This year's awards are presented to:

The HEART program, created by TSAHC and Enterprise Community Partners, provides grants to nonprofits providing housing assistance to families displaced or otherwise affected by Hurricane Harvey. We're pleased to announce the next round of HEART program grantees. To date, the program has provided nearly $1,200,000 to

. Limited grant funding is still available in two categories: housing repairs and programming. Organizations may apply for both, but award amounts are capped at $50,000 per organization.
