TSAHC Announces Exciting Changes to Home Buyer Programs Effective April 3, 2017
TSAHC has entered into an agreement with Lakeview Loan Servicing to be the master servicer for our Home Loan programs beginning April 3, 2017. Due in part to this new partnership, we are able to make some exciting enhancements to our home buyer programs.

Enhancement Highlights:
  • Simplified Income Limits
  • Minimum FICO now 620 
  • Lower fees
  • Texas Heroes will receive free MCC ($500 savings) if using our DPA/MCC combo program

TSAHC Receives $750,000 Community Development Loan 
from Texas Capital Bank
TSAHC would like to recognize Texas Capital Bank for their commitment of a $750,000 community development loan to our Texas Housing Impact Fund. That fund supports developments that create opportunities, healthier environments, more mobility and a higher quality of life for low and moderate income families. Texas Capital Bank is also providing an annual $7,500 grant for three years which will allow us to provide more funding for quality developments.
TSAHC Issues Request For Proposals For Audit, Tax and Accounting Consulting Services
TSAHC is requesting proposals for audit, tax and accounting consulting services for the three fiscal years ending August 31, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The complete Request for Proposals document is available  here .  Proposals and questions should be submitted to Nick Lawrence, Controller, via email at  nlawrence@tsahc.org .

Proposals must be submitted no later than April 30, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
