TSC State of Mind
with Megan Ulrich
Are you in a position of knowing you need to improve your self-care routine, but you’re too overwhelmed to know where to start? This is a valid feeling considering the uncertainty and circumstances of this past year and a half, and can often happen despite the occurrence of a global pandemic. One effective way to combat that feeling is to “divide and conquer” and to start very small.
TSC State of Mind
This article breaks down categories of self-care and how to prioritize your area of need. We often feel we have to do a massive overhaul of our entire life, when in fact, one small change can make a big difference in the quality of how we feel.

TSC INtegrate award

INSPIRATION MATTERS
with Kathy Nimmer

Coming off of spring break, I have been thinking about the line between "work" and "play." Is there always a line? Can "work" feel like "play" and can "play" feel like "work" at times? I am inclined to think there is interchangeability in those words. It comes down to another word I believe: "enjoyment." Logan Staples, new tech teacher at BGM and HHS, signed off on a recent email to me by writing, I hope you have a great day and that work doesn't feel too much like 'work.'"
I like how Logan put that, so with enjoyment underlining it all, I wish you the same.
